Terms of Service

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store adding items to your shopping basket that you wish to purchase. After you have finished shopping click ‘checkout’. You will then be asked a few questions that we need to complete your order.

*We accept Paypal and debit/credit card payments?
*We only accept payments from inside the UK

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK TAX at 17.5%.

Order cancellations
Please notify us with in 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order.
If your order has not been dispatched then you can change the size or colour within the 12 hours. Please send an email confirming your change of size/ colour or cancellation of the order.

Returns
If any of your purchases fail to meet your expectations we will happily exchange or refund the goods on condition we are notified within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Goods must be in an unused condition and in the original packaging. We recommend that you send returns back via recorded delivery as we can not be held responsible if an item does not reach us.
Please send an email to arrange replacement or refund.

 

 

Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. Most orders are delivered with in 5 working days if goods are in stock.  If items are out of stock we aim to deliver to you within 28 days and will be advised if we can send items out sooner.

 

 

Postage
Most packages will be sent first class Royal Mail and a standard charge of £3.50 will be payable.  If the package is to be sent by courier you will be informed.

Tags and charms are all £ 1.00 postage.

We only deliver to the UK.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.  We will give you chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
